This October, the highlight of our dinner menu is a unique main dish featuring premium quail. High in protein, low in fat and calories, quail offers a rich umami flavor and satisfying texture that we have refined into an exceptional course.
The dinner includes a moist and juicy appetizer made with local pork, called Kyoto Hiyoshi Pork, and a pasta infused with the deep, earthy aroma of porcini mushrooms. For dessert, delight in both panna cotta and a refreshing seasonal fruit jelly, beautifully presented to please both the eyes and the palate.
