The four-course lunch features seasonal flavors, including an appetizer highlighting the umami of cod, a tomato-free bianco soup, and pasta with Italian sausage salsiccia and sweet Kujo green onions.

For dinner, enjoy a six-course menu centered on Charmington, a premium pork from Kagoshima Prefecture. Raised on a carefully selected diet including tea leaves, the pork is prepared as a tender and juicy roast with a clean, refined flavor.
The course concludes with an original strawberry daifuku made with strawberry mousse.
