Our 4-course lunch features delicately prepared appetizers with firefly squid and asparagus, a naturally sweet root vegetable minestrone, creamy pasta with wild mountain vegetables and whitebait, and a Sakura cheese terrine accented with strawberry for a perfect balance of richness and freshness.

For dinner, enjoy a 6-course experience starting with an amuse-bouche and highlighted by premium Kobe pork, raised on a corn-based diet. Known for its rich flavor, refined umami, and light yet elegant fat, this main dish showcases the ingredient at its finest.
