Guidelines for the Use of Mobile Battery Packs

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation when using mobile battery packs in your room.

We have identified cases of overheating and smoking caused by mobile battery packs. To help prevent such incidents, please follow the precautions below:

• Please refrain from charging mobile battery packs while you are away from your room.
• Do not place or charge them on flammable materials such as beds, linens, curtains, or towels.
• Always keep the battery pack within your sight while charging.
• Please discontinue use immediately if you notice any damage, swelling, or unusual heat.

For safety reasons, if such conditions are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move the battery pack or stop the charging process. Thank you for your understanding.
