Guest Rooms

Q. Do you have rooms with a view of Kyoto Tower?
A. Yes. Kyoto Tower views are available from selected Twin Rooms and Twin Rooms with Sofa Bed.

 

Q. Do you have rooms with a view of Nishi Hongan-ji Temple?
A. Yes. You can enjoy views of Nishi Hongan-ji Temple from selected Privilege King Rooms and Privilege Twin Rooms.

 

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. Yes, we have one connecting room available. Please note that it connects with an Accessible Room.

 

Q. Do you have rooms with separate bathroom and toilet areas?
A. Yes. All guest rooms in our hotel feature separate bathroom and toilet areas.

 

Q. Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A. Yes. Bathtubs are available in selected Superior Twin Rooms, Superior Twin Rooms with Sofa Bed, selected Privilege Twin Rooms, and Privilege Twin Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please select a room type labeled “Bathtub.”

 

Q. I would like to arrange a surprise for a birthday or anniversary.
A. We offer special anniversary packages including in-room decorations and special amenities. Please see details here.

We also offer a proposal plan that includes a guaranteed Kyoto Tower view, a bouquet of roses, and a seasonal special dinner (details here). Bouquet arrangements can also be prepared upon advance request (details here).

 

Smoking

Q. Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
A. Our hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking areas are available outside the restaurant entrance (to the right) during restaurant operating hours. At night, a smoking area is available in front of the hotel entrance.

 

Children

Q. Up to what age can children stay using existing bedding?
A. Children aged 12 and under may stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with an adult. One child per bed (excluding sofa beds) is allowed. Please note that breakfast charges apply.

 

Q. Do you have facilities for babies or children?
A. Yes. We offer the following baby and child amenities upon request: non-slip bath mats, shower chairs, bed guards, baby baths, baby cots, child toilet seats, and step stools.

 

Check-in / Check-out

Q. What time are check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Please note that times may vary depending on your reservation plan.

 

Q. Is late check-out available?
A. Late check-out is available until 4:00 PM for an additional JPY 1,000 per hour per room. After 4:00 PM, a full night’s room charge will apply. Please note that this policy does not apply to ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, and availability depends on room occupancy.

 

Services

Q. Do you offer in-room massage services?
A. Yes. Please contact the front desk to arrange a massage service. Please note that this is not an oil massage.

 

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?
A. Yes. There are FamilyMart and 7-Eleven convenience stores located about a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

 

Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes. Luggage storage is available at the front desk. Please note that luggage after check-out can only be stored until the same day.

 

Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A. Yes. Please write your check-in date and reservation name in the notes section of the shipping label and send it to the following address:

Q. Can I send parcels from the hotel?
A. Yes. Parcel delivery services are available at the front desk.

 

Guest Room Amenities

Q. What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
A. Guest room amenities include:
toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, nightwear (pajamas), slippers, cotton swabs, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, tea bags (black tea and green tea), air purifier with humidifier, smart TV, hair comb, safety box, and deodorizing spray.

We also offer the following complimentary loan items:

bathroom scale, ice pack, ice bucket, iron & ironing board, trouser press, sewing kit, nail clippers, extension cords, wheelchair, magnifying mirror, phone chargers, fan, non-slip bath mat, shower chair, baby guard, baby bath, baby cot, child toilet seat, step stool, blanket, wine opener, shoe mitt, sanitary napkins, memo pad, pens, pencils, and desk accessories.

 

Facilities

Q. Is there a laundry facility?
A. We do not have laundry facilities on site. Please use nearby coin laundries. We can also introduce an external laundry service upon request.

 

Q. Do you have a public bath?
A. No, we do not have a public bath.

 

Q. How do I use the guest room elevator?
A. Please hold your room key over the card reader and press the button for your floor. For security reasons, guests can only access their assigned floor (except the 1st floor and basement level).

 

Payment

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), transportation IC cards, QR payments (PayPay, Apple Pay, etc.), and cash.

 

Reservations

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. For reservations made directly with the hotel or through all.com, cancellations or modifications are free until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. After that time, the charge will be one night’s stay (or the first night for multiple-night reservations).

Please note that special promotions such as early booking discounts or seasonal offers may have different cancellation policies. Reservations made through travel agencies or booking websites are subject to their respective policies.

 

Dining

Q. What time is breakfast served?
A. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (last entry 9:30 AM). Please see details here.

 

Q. Do you have a restaurant or bar in the hotel?
A. Yes. Our casual Italian restaurant TRATTORIA M KYOTO is located on the first floor of the hotel. Please see details here.

We also have The Court Bar, located within the restaurant. Please see details here.

 

Q. Can non-hotel guests use the restaurant or bar?
A. Yes, of course. Both TRATTORIA M KYOTO and The Court Bar are open to non-staying guests.

 

Business / Meeting

Q. Do you have meeting rooms?
A. Yes. A semi-private meeting space with sunken seating is available in the basement lounge. Please see details here.

 

Q. Do you have a business center?
A. We do not have a business center. However, copy services are available at the front desk for a fee.

 

Transportation

Q. Do you have parking?
A. The hotel does not have a dedicated or affiliated parking lot. Please use nearby coin parking facilities.

 

Q. Do you provide a shuttle service from Kyoto Station?
A. No shuttle service is available. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station, via the Central Exit or West Exit. Taxi arrangements can also be made at the front desk.

 

Q. How do I get to the hotel from Kansai International Airport?
A. You can take the JR Kansai Airport Express “Haruka” or an Airport Limousine Bus to JR Kyoto Station. Travel time is approximately 80–90 minutes.

 

Q. How do I get to the hotel from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)?
A. You can take the Airport Limousine Bus to JR Kyoto Station. Travel time is approximately 50 minutes.
