Seasonal Course Featuring Early Summer Flavors | 4-Course Lunch & 6-Course Dinner

Discover a seasonal dining experience inspired by the flavors of early summer.

The lunch course features four carefully crafted dishes, including horse mackerel confit layered with grilled eggplant, delicate scallop mousse in consommé, aromatic cacio e pepe with seared corn and bacon, and a refreshing blueberry and yogurt mousse dessert.

For dinner, enjoy an elevated six-course experience beginning with today’s amuse-bouche and culminating in straw-smoked beef loin served with rich Périgueux sauce. Each dish highlights seasonal ingredients through refined flavors, aromas, and textures.

Both courses include homemade focaccia and coffee or tea after the meal, creating a satisfying and relaxing dining experience in our elegant hotel restaurant.
