Trattoria M Kyoto is the Accor hotel group’s first Italian restaurant in Japan. We chose the name Trattoria, which means casual restaurant in Italian, because we wanted our guest to enjoy an easy-going dining experience.
We make ample use of local ingredients, including fertilizer-free, pesticide-free, compost-free vegetables from Father’s Farm and hydroponic herbs from Terada Farm, to create our original Kyoto-style Italian dishes. Enjoy our deli banzai, which features an Italian twist on Kyoto’s traditional obanzai cuisine, and our authentic kiln-baked pizza.
The drink menu features wines, local sakes, and craft beers from Kyoto as well as an extensive selection of original cocktails. We also have a wine list which includes a range of Italian wines from unpasteurized natural wines to standard offerings.
Enjoy the collaboration between Italy and Kyoto in an elegant space decorated with contemporary interpretations of pastimes of Heian nobility, including illustrated scrolls, Hyakunin Isshu playing cards, and kimono.
